To ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable houseboating experience at Antlers Resort & Marina, please review the important information below before booking.
Captain & Occupancy Requirements
Houseboats may be operated during daylight hours only.
The maximum number of occupants per boat is strictly enforced.
All captains and co-captains must complete a full houseboat orientation.
A valid driver’s license is required at check-in.
Age Requirements
Deluxe Lake Cruiser, Flybridge, Ultimate Cruiser: Two people age 25 or older.
Mirage, Genesis, Orion: Two people age 30 or older.
Reservation & Payment Terms
A booking fee is required within seven (7) days of making a reservation.
$1,000 for Orion & Genesis | $700 for all other houseboats.
Booking fees double on Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
Final payment is due seventy-five (75) days prior to arrival.
Remaining balances paid by card may be subject to a handling fee.
Cleaning & Damage Deposits
A refundable cleaning and damage deposit is required at check-in (cash or card authorization).
Flybridge: $700
Ultimate Cruiser & Mirage: $1,000
Genesis & Orion: $1,500
Deposits are doubled on holidays and holiday weekends.
A $50 per person surcharge applies for occupancy over the advertised limit (maximum two people).
Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
90+ days prior to arrival: Refund minus 50% of booking fee.
89–76 days prior: Loss of booking fee.
75 days or less: No refund.
No refunds for weather, air quality, lake level, or marina location.
Reservations cannot be rolled over to another year for any reason.
Boarding & Return Times
Boarding days are Thursday through Monday.
Please allow one to two hours for captain orientation.

Additional Notes
Fuel is charged upon return. Auxiliary fuel containers are not permitted.
An optional damage waiver is available and is non-refundable.
Linen packs are available by request for $295 and must be arranged at least 21 days in advance.
Up to two pets are allowed per houseboat for $20 per night.
Late returns are charged $100 per hour.
