Electricity: Standard RV sites are billed at $0.43 per kilowatt used during your stay. Electricity is included for trailer rentals.

Pets are not permitted in rental trailers.

Smoking is not allowed inside rental trailers.

Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 10 people in the trailer at any time.

Please be mindful of the sensitive waste system. Only toilet paper may be disposed of in the toilets. No other items are permitted.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received 45 days or more prior to arrival will result in a refund of the booking fee less a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued due to air quality, weather conditions, lake levels, or marina location.
Reservations cannot be rolled over to a future year for any reason.
Payment Policy
Payments are accepted only from the individual listed on the reservation, with the exception of fees related to additional guests.
The site must be secured by the person occupying the rental.
Security Deposit
A $500.00 refundable cleaning and damage deposit is required at check-in.
Upon checkout, a final inspection will be conducted by a staff member. The deposit will be released following inspection, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
