Cabin Rental Policies & Procedures

We would like you to be well informed of our policies and procedures, so please take a moment to read them through. All funds received must be in the name of the person making the initial reservation.

Our advertised rates are based on 4 people for the studio cabins, 8 people for the two-bedroom cabins, and 10 people for the three-bedroom cabins. If your party size exceeds the before mentioned numbers, there is a fee of $12.00/night for each extra person. Occupancy cannot exceed the advertised maximum. The bill that you pay on arrival will include the addition of a 10% motel tax. If you have any questions, please call us at (800) 238-3924.

Age Restrictions

All renters must be 25 years of age to be eligible to rent all major holiday weekends. A valid driver’s license is required upon check-in.

Reservation Procedure

A $500.00 fee is required at the time of booking hold your reservation.

Final Payment

Payment of the balance of your rental fee is due 75 days before arrival. It may be paid with a personal or cashier’s check. Remaining balances paid by card will be subject to a handling fee.

Cleaning & Damage Deposit

Upon check-in, we require a refundable cleaning and damage deposit in the form of cash or authorization on a credit card. The deposit is $500.00. This deposit will be used for any extra cleaning, loss or damage done to the cabin, or outstanding charges.

Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Any cancellation received 90 days or more before your scheduled arrival will result in a refund less 50% of the booking fee. Any cancellation made within 89-76 days of scheduled arrival will result in the loss of the entire booking fee. Any cancellation made within 75 days of arrival will result in the loss of the entire booking and rental fee. Please be aware that if cancel, we do not roll reservations to the following year for any reason.

Refunds

If you choose to pay in full more than 75 days before your scheduled arrival date, your payment will be nonrefundable. Once your reservation is paid in full, it is not refundable for any reason. We do not refund for weather, lake level, or location of the marina.

Check-In & Check Out Times

Check-In: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: 10:00 a.m.

Upon arrival, please come to our front desk to check in. At that time you will be shown where your cabin is, and if you have a boat with you, you will receive instructions on where to launch your boat and park your trailer.

Cabin Inventory

Cabins are equipped with linens on the beds and in the bathroom. Linens can be exchanged on Wednesdays. All cabins overlook the lake and have a deck as well as a gas barbeque.

Things To Bring

We recommend that you bring extra beach towels, paper products, bug spray, first aid kit, sunscreen, and any specialty cooking items you may need.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly! Two pets per cabin are allowed for an additional charge of $20.00 per pet, per night. Please do not leave pets unattended in or around cabins.

Returned Check Fee

There is a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.
